Amanda
FOUNDER + LICENSED AESTHETICIAN
Amanda is the founder of The Petite Spa and a licensed aesthetician with more than a decade of experience in the skincare industry. Since beginning her career in 2014, she has worked across traditional spas, specialized waxing centers, and dermatology settings. These experiences helped shape her thoughtful, well-rounded approach to skin health.
Her passion for skincare has always extended beyond what happens in the treatment room. Amanda believes healthy skin is deeply connected to how we care for ourselves as a whole. Her approach blends education, consistency, intentional treatments, and the restorative side of self-care.
After years of working in the industry, Amanda created The Petite Aesthetician in 2020 as a space where she could bring her own approach to skincare to life. What began as a deeply personal aesthetics practice has continued to grow and evolve alongside her. Today, that vision is becoming The Petite Spa. An intentional space where skincare, wellness, and restoration can exist together.
Amanda is a Bioelements Elite Partner and Bioelements Expert, with continued advanced education in professional skincare and treatment techniques. Her additional professional certifications and specialized training include Dermalogica Pro NanoInfusion, advanced facial technologies and modalities through Zemits, Elleebana Lash Lift and Elleeplex Profusion Lash & Brow Lamination, advanced brow education through Supercilium, and professional waxing education through Bushbalm Pro. She remains committed to continuing education, regularly expanding her knowledge of professional skincare, advanced modalities, and evolving treatment techniques.
In 2024, Amanda expanded her wellness education by becoming a certified yoga instructor, allowing her passion for whole-body wellness to extend beyond skincare and into movement, mindfulness, and community.
At the heart of Amanda's approach is the belief that caring for your skin is part of caring for yourself. Healthy skin takes time, consistency, and intention. Amanda believes we deserve to give that same care and intention to ourselves. Whether in the treatment room or on the yoga mat, she hopes to remind others that you are worth the time it takes to slow down, rest, and be still.
The evolution from The Petite Aesthetician to The Petite Spa brings these beliefs together, creating a space to care for your skin, achieve intentional results, and make time for yourself by finding a little more stillness along the way. And this is only the beginning, so stay tuned.

Emily
LEAD AESTHETICIAN +LICENSES COSMETOLOGIST
Emily has been a licensed cosmetologist for 11 years and received her license through Sussex County Technical School. Over the years, she has worked in hair salons, barber shops, and waxing studios, giving her the opportunity to experience many different sides of the beauty industry and really discover what she loves most.
Waxing has become Emily’s specialty. She spent several years working at a busy waxing salon, where she became highly experienced in speed waxing and found her love for Brazilian waxing. She knows waxing can feel intimidating, especially for a first-time guest, so making people feel comfortable is incredibly important to her. She wants every guest to be able to come in, feel at ease, and leave feeling confident.
Emily is also trained in hydrodermabrasion, threading, brow laminations, lash lifts, henna brow tinting, and a variety of skincare treatments. When it comes to skincare, she likes to keep things realistic and focus on what actually works for each person rather than making it overly complicated.
When she’s not working, Emily is usually doing something creative or finding a new hobby to get into. She loves pottery, cooking and baking, working out, traveling, spending time at the beach, and lately has been really into home design and decorating. She’s definitely someone who always needs to have a project going!
Whether you’re coming in for a wax, brows, or skincare, Emily looks forward to making your visit feel comfortable and easy.

Ally
LICENSED AESTHETICIAN
Licensed Aesthetician She has been a licensed aesthetician for over 10 years, and after all this time, she still genuinely loves what she does. There’s something about skincare that never gets old: the little details, the transformations, and helping someone feel more confident in their own skin. For her, it has always been about making skincare feel personal, not complicated.
She is certified and specializes in precision brow services, lash lifts, and curated skincare routines.
She loves enhancing each client’s natural features and creating results that feel effortless, intentional, and uniquely their own. Think polished, never overdone.
When it comes to skincare, she believes your routine should work for you, not the other way around. Skin is constantly changing, and she believes the best skincare comes from paying attention, knowing when to simplify, and giving the skin exactly what it needs. No overwhelming routines. No chasing every trend. Just intentional treatments, good products, and consistency.
Outside of the spa, she’s a boy mom who loves being outdoors, spending time in nature, and making memories with friends and family. She’s happiest when life feels simple. Good people, fresh air, and plenty of little moments worth remembering.
Her goal is simple: healthy skin, natural beauty, and helping each client leave feeling good in their own skin. Ally looks forward to getting to know you and building a relationship you can trust when it comes to your skin, brows, and lashes.

Lauren
LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST
Lauren has been a licensed cosmetologist for five years and has always been drawn to skincare. Her education and training include advanced facial technologies and modalities, chemical and exfoliation services, lash lifting, eyebrow shaping and threading, eyebrow lamination, and professional waxing. She is passionate about continuing her education and expanding her knowledge of skincare, evolving treatment techniques, and holistic wellness.
Lauren takes a holistic approach to skin health and believes caring for the skin is an important part of caring for ourselves as a whole. Every treatment she provides is thoughtfully personalized to each client’s unique needs, goals, and comfort. Facials and lash lifts have become the services Lauren loves most. She enjoys facials for the balance of visible results and restorative care, while lash lifts allow her to enhance each client’s natural features in a way that feels effortless and beautiful.
Her goal is to create a calming space where clients can slow down, reconnect, and feel cared for. Lauren wants every treatment to feel like a meaningful pause from the outside world, leaving each client feeling refreshed, restored, and glowing from the inside out.
Outside of work, Lauren is happiest spending time in nature, seeing live music, and exploring all things wellness. Lauren looks forward to welcoming you in for a little time dedicated entirely to you and your skin.
